Privacy policy
Last updated October 24, 2026
YourGeniusLab LLC ("we") runs this website for the GeniusLab Launch Program. This page explains what we collect, why, who else handles it and what you can ask us to do. Questions go to launch@yourgeniuslab.com.
What we collect
When you apply:
- Your full name, email, city and state, and what you teach or coach
- Your OK for us to contact you about your application
- The campaign tags in the link that brought you here, if it had any (for example, which post you clicked)
When you book a call, the booking calendar collects your name, email, the time you pick and anything you add on its form.
When you visit, our hosting provider receives the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you open, to deliver and protect the site.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How we use it
- To review your application and reply to you
- To arrange and hold your fit call
- If you join, to run the program with you
- To see which links bring people to the site
- To keep the site working and secure
We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising. We only email you about your application and, if you join, the program. We don't send marketing emails.
Who else handles it
Ben and Samuel read applications. These companies handle information for us, each under its own privacy policy:
- Formspree, which receives the application form and emails it to us
- Our email provider, where applications arrive
- Cal.com, which runs the booking calendar
- Vercel, which hosts the site
- YouTube (Google), which plays the video, only if you press play
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or with a buyer if the business is sold.
Your information is stored in the United States.
Cookies and tracking
Our own pages don't set cookies. After you apply, your browser keeps your name and email in that tab's storage so the calendar on the next page opens with them filled in. They're cleared when you close the tab.
The booking calendar (Cal.com) and the video (YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode) load from those companies. When they load, they receive your IP address and may use their own cookies or browser storage, under their own policies. The calendar loads only on the page after you apply, and the video only if you press play. Cal.com receives your name and email to fill in its form.
Apart from the Cal.com and YouTube embeds described here, no other company can collect information about your activity across websites through our site.
Do Not Track: our pages don't track you across other websites, so they work the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Cal.com and YouTube follow their own policies on these signals.
How long we keep it
If you don't join, we delete your application from our form service and our email within 12 months of receiving it. Booking details stay in the calendar until we delete them, and we delete them when you ask.
If you join, we keep what we need to run the program and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Our hosting provider keeps its technical logs for a short time.
Your choices
Email launch@yourgeniuslab.com to see the information we have about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. To stop hearing from us, reply to any of our emails and say so.
Children
This site is for adults. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site and the services above use encrypted connections, and on our side only Ben and Samuel see applications. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise information will never be exposed.
Changes to this policy
We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also add a note at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
