These terms cover your use of this website, which YourGeniusLab LLC ("we") runs for the GeniusLab Launch Program. By using the site, you agree to them. Questions go to launch@yourgeniuslab.com.
Applying isn't buying
Applying and the fit call are free, and they don't commit you or us to anything. We may decline any application.
The program is sold only through a written agreement you sign before paying. That agreement sets out what's included, the price, payment, cancellation and refunds. If it says something different from this website, the agreement wins.
No promises about income or schools
We don't promise income. It depends on your schools, families, prices and costs.
We don't provide school placements, locations, customers or introductions. Schools decide.
You run your own independent business under your own name. You aren't affiliated with or operating as GeniusLab.
Not professional advice
This site shares general information based on Ben's experience. It isn't legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice. Check with qualified professionals about your own situation.
Other companies' services
The application form (Formspree), the booking calendar (Cal.com) and the video (YouTube) are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them. Our Privacy policy explains what they receive.
Our content
The site's text, photos, video and design belong to us or to the people who let us use them. School names and logos belong to their schools. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Sharing a link is fine.
Using the site
Please don't send false or spam applications, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
We try to keep the site accurate and working, but it's provided as is. We don't guarantee it's free of errors or always available.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using this website. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version posted when you use the site applies.
